Donate to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Service who came to Richard's aid following the accident at Elvington airfield.
Initially, we were going to look for sponsors to raise money for a charity which somehow was related to the accident.
However, our friends at Pistonheads.com beat us to it by a day and had a tremendous response, so much so that at the time of writing they have helped to raise well over £193,180 for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Service by promoting the charity.
Consequently, as this is so successful we ask that anyone wishing to donate from this site should consider donating to this charity. Also, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. About the Yorkshire Air Ambulance Service The Yorkshire Air Ambulance relies solely on the generosity of individuals and sponsors to help save lives across the region. It needs to raise £3600 per day to keep its helicopter and highly trained paramedics in the air. Each year it attends over 1000 incidents requiring emergency air assistance So if you wish to donate go to their donations page HERE
